The terms and conditions apply to those who have received a quotation from us, have paid 

service, and/or have received service from us.

Pricing

1) We reserve the right to amend any estimates that have been provided by our service advisors or booking form. In the case of amendment, the client will be notified before service is rendered.

2) Estimates or charges relating to the first service may not be indicative of the pricing of future appointments. Depending on the condition of the property, future service may be priced higher or lower. Pricing of future appointments will be discussed with the client following initial service and before subsequent appointments.

 

Payments

1) Unless provided prior to service, payment will be requested on the day of the service.

2) Payment is accepted in the form of cash and credit card.

3) A late fee of [percentage/amount] will be applied to payments not received within [number of days] of the due date.

 

Promotions

1) Any coupons used on initial booking will not be applied to future appointments.

2) No 'frequency discount' will be applied to a client's initial booking. A frequency discount will only be applied to subsequent bookings provided these bookings follow the schedule (eg. Weekly) indicated on the initial booking.

 

Complaints and Claims

1) In case of a complaint or claim, we must be notified within 24 hours after completion of the service.

2) Complaints are accepted over the phone and in writing (letter, email or fax).

3) We strive to ensure that each of our clients is satisfied with the value that they've received from our company. Upon receiving a complaint or claim, we will review the situation and work with the client to establish a mutually agreed upon resolution.

 

Liability and Insurance

Damage Policy: We take care to prevent any damage to your property. However, in the event of accidental damage, please notify us immediately. We are insured up to [insurance coverage amount].

Health and Safety

Safety Procedures: Our team follows strict safety protocols to ensure the well-being of both our staff and customers. This includes [list any specific safety measures].

Cancellations

1) Cancellations or adjustments to the appointment time can be done up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled date and time of the service without financial penalty.

2) Cancellations or adjustments to the appointment time that take place within 24 hours of the scheduled date and time of the service will require the client to pay the full price of the originally scheduled cleaning

Customer Responsibilities

Access Requirements: Customers must ensure that our service personnel have proper access to the property at the scheduled time.

Preparation Guidelines: Please prepare the service area by [list any required preparations, such as moving furniture or clearing spaces].

Pet Policies: For the safety of our staff and your pets, please secure pets in a separate area during our visit.

However, please note that certain types of stains, such as water stains, mineral deposits, or other persistent marks, may not be removable with our standard cleaning methods.

Service Limitations
  • Stain Removal Limitations: While we strive to achieve the highest level of cleanliness, some stains, such as water stains, mineral deposits, and other persistent marks, may not be fully removable. We will assess the condition of your windows upon arrival and inform you if any stains are beyond our ability to clean.

  • Specialty Cleaning Products: If specialty cleaning products or methods are required to address specific stains, additional charges may apply. We will discuss these options with you before proceeding.

  • Satisfaction Guarantee: Any guarantees of satisfaction and processes for rework or refunds if customers are not satisfied.

 Privacy and Confidentiality

Data Protection: Customer information is collected solely for the purpose of providing our services and is protected under our data privacy policy.

Confidentiality Agreement: We commit to maintaining the confidentiality of your personal information and will not share it with third parties without your consent.
